John R. Sperath, President and Owner, Blue Ribbon Residential Construction
President and Owner John R. Sperath holds a General Contractor’s License and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His professional affiliations include memberships with the Home Builders Association Remodelers, Remodelers Advantage Roundtables, the Better Business Bureau, and Bonded Builders. He is past chairperson of the Home Builders Association Remodelers Council of Raleigh-Wake County and belongs to the Cary Chamber of Commerce.
Dedicated to his community, John is a past board member, past board president and past safety officer of the Apex Volunteer Fire Department. He served as chairperson of the Town of Apex Fire Advisory Committee. He is also a committee member of Shepherd’s Vineyard Board of Directors, Chairperson for the Architectural Review Board. John graduated from the State University of New York at Delhi, where the hallmark of education is hands-on learning. The most rewarding facet of his work is improving people’s lives by making their remodeling dream a reality.
