Blue Ribbon Wins National Master Design Award presented by Qualified Remodeler Magazine
Blue Ribbon has been named a winner in the prestigious 29th annual Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards Contest. Blue Ribbon won a Silver award in the Room Remodel Category. Sponsered by Qualified Remodeler magazine, the Master Design Awards is the premier national competition recognizing outstanding achievement in residential remodeling projects in 22 categories. John Sperath, President of Blue Ribbon states “Over the year we enter many competitions judging quality of work, design, marketing as well as general business practices. Chrysalis Remodeler of the Year Award
Blue Ribbon Residential Construction is the recipient of the prestigious Chrysalis Remodeler of the Year Award, which honors talent, creativity and professionalism within the remodeling industry. Since 1993, the Chrysalis Awards have honored the finest remodeling projects in the country. Judges are editors and writers of consumer publications such as Better Homes & Gardens, Woman’s Day’s Home Remodeling & Makeovers, Southern Living Magazine and Sunset Magazine.
Blue Ribbon Receives 2009 Star Awards for Best Kitchen $30,000 to $65,000 Silver Award, Best Website Gold Award, Best Room Renovation $20-$50,000 Gold Award, Best Accessible Remodel under $100,000K Gold Award
Industry peers have recognized Blue Ribbon with four 2009 Star Awards in both the Gold and Silver Category from the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. The HBA has over 2,400 members and is the third largest and most active local home builders associations in the country. Blue Ribbon is also member of the Home Builders Association Remodelers Council.
Guildmaster Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
Blue Ribbon Residential Construction holds a 94% customer referral rating from Guild Quality, helping the firm to earn the organization’s Guildmaster Status, a prestigious industry recognition achieved and maintained by consistently high ratings from previous home owners. Each year, less than 10% of the Guild Quality members earn Guildmaster Award for their exemplary customer feedback.
